1. Shipping Terms and Conditions
This Agreement is between you, the person ordering goods using page www.awasunglasses.com ("You") and AWA Sunglasses (hereinafter, the Website) owned by AWA Sunglasses, S.L.U.
In these terms:
- "Goods" means the products made available by AWA Sunglasses that you wish to purchase, as indicated in your order.
- "Order" means orders in accordance with the provisions of Section 3.1. "Site" means the website owned and operated by AWA Sunglasses, S.L.U. with http://www.awasunglasses.com as its URL.
2. Customer Obligations
By submitting your order You guarantee, represent and agree to:
- You are over the age of 18 and do not order on behalf of another person.
- Provide any details reasonably requested by AWA Sunglasses to confirm that you are eligible to purchase the Goods.
- You are acting in your capacity as a person and consumer goods or any part of the products will not be used for resale or anything other than your own personal use.
- That You are the authorized holder of any credit/debit card that may be used on the site.
- In order to acquire the goods offered through the Website it will be necessary for the User to register through the registration form available on the Website. The User will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the data and information provided and for restricting access to his/ her computer and access keys to prevent possible unauthorized uses.
In the event that the User has reason to believe that his/her data has been made known to a third party, or if these have been used in an unauthorized manner, or are likely to be, he/she must communicate this situation to AWA Sunglasses immediately.
The User must verify that his/her data is correct and complete and inform AWA Sunglasses when there is any variation and/or modification in the information provided in the purchase process.
3. Orders of goods

The services and products offered through the AWA Sunglasses Website are intended for the purchase by Users of sunglasses of the brand AWA Sunglasses. In order to purchase an order for AWA Sunglasses, the User must be 18 years of age or older.
From the Website www.awasunglasses.com, AWA SUNGLASSES, S.L.U. will ship orders anywhere in the world.
For placing orders through the Website, the User must provide a series of data prior to the contract, through the purchase form, and that will be necessary in order to manage his purchase order.
4. Offer Limitations
AWA Sunglasses must make reasonable efforts to meet the requirements you specify in your order(s), however we cannot guarantee the availability of the products. If the Goods you have purchased cannot be supplied, AWA Sunglasses will contact You to give you an option to receive a replacement or refund. If AWA Sunglasses does not receive a response from You, AWA Sunglasses may, in its absolute discretion, replace products of equivalent quality and/or specification or cancel the order and provide a refund.
The data included on the website in each description of the products and services, in their photographs, graphic or iconographic representations or videos as well as trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind, have a purely informative function. Therefore, AWA Sunglasses declines any responsibility for the occurrence of errors in such information, although it undertakes to take all measures at its disposal to correct as soon as possible the aforementioned errors or omissions after being informed of them.
5. Prices and Payment
Once the form data has been completed, the User must proceed to the payment of the order through the means of payment specified on the Website. After the payment is made, the User will receive an order confirmation email, which will include a summary of the purchased items, the requested shipping method and the destination address.
If at the time of payment there is an incident that prevents payment, the User will receive an automatic payment error message and his order will not be processed until the payment process is successfully completed.
The prices of the services are expressed in Euros (€), including taxes and management and shipping costs, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of final confirmation of each order.
All prices shown are final prices, being expressly included value added tax (VAT), without prejudice to the user having at all times disaggregated information of the price of the product. In the case of the Canary Islands, VAT will be excluded when making payment of the order.
The prices applicable to each Product shall be those published on the Website on the date on which the User places the Order. Although AWA Sunglasses attempts to ensure that all prices listed on the Website are correct, errors may occur. In the event of any error in the price of any of the Products requested by any User, AWA Sunglasses will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the Order at the correct price or cancel it. If AWA Sunglasses fails to contact the User, the Order will be deemed cancelled and the User will be refunded in full the amounts he/she has paid.
5.1 Method of payment
The User may make the payment by credit or debit cards or by means PayPal. To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, the User's credit card details will be encrypted. Whether the payment method is made by credit or debit card or through PayPal, the charge will be made at the time AWA Sunglasses sends the Order Confirmation to the User.
5.2 Delivery of Products
Once the Shipping Confirmation has been sent, the Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the User when placing the Order within approximately one to five (1-5) working days according to the official calendar of the Community of Castilla Y León (Spain), excluding Saturdays and holidays, from the day of purchase.
In the case of express service shipments when available, the delivery time will be 24/48 working hours according to the official calendar of the Community of Castilla y León (Spain), excluding Saturdays and holidays, from the day of purchase.
AWA Sunglasses assumes no responsibility when the delivery of the Product does not arrive as a result of the data provided by the User being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the User or the retention of the Product at Customs.
5.3 Shipping costs
Shipping costs include transportation, insurance and customs clearance at source.
For deliveries in non-EU countries, customs duties and other taxes (tariffs) are not included; it will be the recipient who will have to pay them in cash in order to receive the goods.
The addressee shall be responsible for all import costs and taxes generated at the customs office of destination, whether or not the goods are delivered to him.
The shipment of the order will be attempted in the shortest possible time, but the recipient must take into account the provisions of the country of destination for the import of the requested items, since AWA Sunglasses has no responsibility for them. The effects of strikes, causes of force majeure or other circumstances beyond its control shall also not be attributable to AWA Sunglasses. AWA Sunglasses will not be liable for delays in customs clearance or if local authorities decide to confiscate any items contained in a shipment.
6. Product returns and exchanges
6.1 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the applicable regulations, in the event that the User is contracting as a consumer, he/she may withdraw from the contract (except in the cases established by law) and freely return or exchange the Products delivered at any time within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the same (the "Withdrawal Period").
The User must take charge of the direct cost of returning to AWA Sunglasses whether he/she returns the order in full or decides to return only some of the products in the order.
To formalize the return, you must contact AWA Sunglasses at the following email address email@example.com. Upon receipt of such communication, AWA Sunglasses will tell you how to ship the order to your offices or warehouses. After the Withdrawal Period, no exchanges or returns of Products will be accepted. Changes will only be accepted for Products that may have been defective in accordance with the next point below.
6.2 Return or replacement of defective Products
In the event that the User considers that the Product does not conform to the specifications established for said Product, he/she must contact AWA Sunglasses immediately via email to the contact address firstname.lastname@example.org providing the details of the Product, as well as informing him/her of the defect he/she has and whether he/she opts for the return or replacement with an identical Product.
Once the relevant inspection of the returned Product has been carried out, AWA Sunglasses will send, within a reasonable time, an email to the User informing him if the return or replacement of the Product (the "Return or Replacement Decision") proceeds. In such a case, the return or replacement of the Product will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of shipment of the Return or Replacement Decision. In the event of a return, AWA Sunglasses will not refund the shipping costs.
If the User only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, AWA Sunglasses will not be able to refund the shipping costs that the User has paid for the entire order. If the User has opted for the replacement, AWA Sunglasses will be charged with all shipping costs.
In the case of glasses with manufacturing defects, AWA Sunglasses undertakes to replace them with new ones to the user. AWA Sunglasses will be responsible for pick-up and drop-off costs this time.
To proceed with the replacement of the product, the user must contact AWA Sunglasses via email to the email@example.com address, providing the product details, as well as informing of the defect and its web order number.
The product must be unused and with all its original labels, packaging and - if any - documentation and accessory elements that came with it. If it is not done in this way by the User or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer a depreciation or that AWA Sunglasses may refuse the return.
This manufacturer's warranty does not cover:
- Lenses that are scratched. Does not cover improper use or defective maintenance.
6.3 Provisions common to returns
The User must meet the following requirements to make use of the right of withdrawal, as well as to be able to make returns and replacements of Products:
- In order to arrange the return of the Product, the User must first contact AWA Sunglasses by sending an email to the contact address firstname.lastname@example.org
- The User may prove the exercise of the right of withdrawal in any form admitted in law, being considered in any case validly exercised by the return of the Product;
- The Product must be returned under the same conditions as in which it was received.AWA Sunglasses will not refund any amount if the Product has suffered any damage, therefore the User must be careful with the Product while in his possession;
- AWA Sunglasses will not be responsible for any packages sent by the user in the exchange, return or repair processes. That is why we strongly recommend that all submissions by the user be made in a traceable manner with a tracking number or similar;
- The refund will be made in the same means of payment that the User used to pay for the Product.
7. Product Change Policy
AWA Sunglasses does not support switching between a product purchased by the User for another product that is offered on the Website.
In the event that the User wishes to make the change to a product, he/she must exercise his right of withdrawal on it in accordance with clause 6.1 and subsequently purchase the new product he/she wishes.
