Two separate contracts are used by AWA Sunglasses. The terms of both contracts appear on this page.
The first contract is the "Website Terms and Conditions". This agreement applies to all AWA Sunglasses users. If you use this website for any reason, you will be bound by the Website's Terms and Conditions.
The second contract is the "Terms and Conditions of Supply". This contract applies to each purchase of AWA Sunglasses goods. If you purchase any AWA Sunglasses product, you will be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Supply on this site.

This agreement is between you, the person accessing and/or using the AWASunglasses.com ("You") and AWASunglasses.com (herinafter, The Website) owned by AWA Sunglasses S.L.U.
The website is owned and operated by AWA Sunglasses S.L.U. with CIF B40274862 and registered office at Calle Puerta de Santiago, no. 10, C.P. 40.003 (Segovia). Your access to and/or use of the Website is subject to your agreement and compliance with these Terms of Use. Recommended retail price
The prices of the services are expressed in Euros (A), including taxes and management and shipping costs, the amount of which will be indicated at the time of final confirmation of each order. All prices shown are final prices, being expressly included value added tax (VAT), without prejudice to the user having at all times disaggregated information of the price of the product. In the case of the Canary Islands, VAT will be excluded when making payment of the order.

AWA Sunglasses Legal Conditions

No Waiver
No waiver by AWA Sunglasses of any breach of any obligation resulting from these Terms of Use shall constitute a waiver of any other violation and not failure to exercise or exercise by any AWA Sunglasses remedy shall constitute a waiver of the right to exercise subsequently or by any other remedy.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Spanish law. The parties, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, are submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the User's place of residence.
Further, pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 21 May 2013, concerning the resolution of online disputes in consumer matters, AWA Sunglasses informs you that, in the event of a dispute, the Resident User of the European Union may go to the "Online Dispute Resolution Platform" developed by the European Commission, in order to attempt to resolve out-of-court any dispute arising from the provision of services by AWA Sunglasses.
If any of these Terms of Use is to be determined to be unlawful, invalid, inapplicable or unenforceable by reason of the laws of any jurisdiction in which these Terms of Use are intended to be effective and then to the extent that, and within the jurisdiction that Term that is unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, will be separated and removed from these Terms of Use and the rest of the Terms of Use will survive, remain in full force and effect, and remain binding and enforceable.
