You can return any product purchased through www.awasunglasses.com with which you are not completely satisfied, within 14 calendar days of receipt
Returns that are not in their original packaging will not be accepted unless they are defective products. Please note that in the case of returns by post, AWA SUNGLASSES will not accept postage due or cash on delivery and that shipping and return costs will not be paid. If you have decided to return any product, you will not be able to use it and you must keep it with caution as long as it remains in your possession. The Product you return to us may not be damaged and must be in the same state in which you purchased it. If you wish to return a purchase made online by post, please follow the instructions below. Please note that we do not make postage returns with paid postage. Fill out the returns form and insert it into the package along with the product(s). Insert the product(s) into a properly packed package. Complete and place the return label included in the package.

Take the package (with the return form attached) to a Post Office or courier and request proof of shipment. When you make such a shipment, you will be stamped with the proof that you must keep until you receive the requested refund. Unfortunately, we will only be able to refund a lost return if we receive proof of the shipment made. Don't forget to fill out the returns form with the products you wish to return. It is your responsibility to keep all acknowledgements of receipt and to send the package by certified mail or by any other means that allows to prove its date of shipment. You will receive a refund within 10 calendar days of the date we receive the returned product(s) at the specified address (see section above). AWA SUNGLASSES, SLU will refund the form of payment you used when placing the order, and such refund will be subject to the right of AWA SUNGLASSES SLU to withhold amounts for returned products that are damaged. We will refund the amount paid for the returned product(s) minus the shipping costs (if applicable).
Promotional codes and discount vouchers
If you decide to return an order placed with a discount voucher, the amount of the return item will be subject to the minimum expense applicable to that discount voucher. In this sense, if the amount of the returned items causes the remaining sum of the order to be less than the minimum expense applicable to the discount voucher, the discount amount will be subtracted from the refund. For example, the discount of 10 euros (applicable to a minimum expense of 60 euros – shipping costs not included) will be subtracted from the refund if the amount of the returned product(s) makes the total sum of the order less than 150 euros. Returning an order with free shipping costs (not provided as a voucher) will not affect the refund amount.
If you are not satisfied with any of the purchases made and believe that the purchased product is defective due to a factory failure, you must contact us through our contact form (select the subject line: PRODUCT RECEIVED – my item is defective). Provide as much information as possible about the product and the order placed. If you are a customer and return a defective Product to us (you must return by mail), we will examine it and inform you via email within a reasonable time about the refund we will make in your favor. We will process the return as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of having confirmed by email your right to be refunded. Products returned for being defective will be refunded in full, including shipping costs and the cost incurred by you to make the return.
